I offer Somantic Yoga classes in welcoming, friendly communities.
These classes are accessible to all.

My approach is all about supporting your natural movement, helping you build strength, improve your mobility and help you find effortlessness in the effort.

I create a space where you can slow down, breathe, and give yourself time to reset. My classes are designed to help calm your nervous system, ease tension and bring a sense of balance back into your day.

Yoga isn’t about being perfect — it’s about feeling better in yourself. Through movement, breath and awareness, I hope to help you discover a more peaceful mind and a joyful heart.
