Enhancing your Spiritual Fire: Inner Energy
Enhancing your spiritual fire is vital as it fuels personnel growth and builds internal heat necessary to transform challenges into wisdom. So you are driven by purpose rather than drained and burnt out.
By Enhancing this fire : inner energy maximises:
your resilience
clarity
creativity
magnetic presence
and shifts your baseline frequency
When your Spiritual Fire : Inner Energy dims you often experience chronic apathy and a sense of 'being stuck.' Without that internal spark, daily tasks feel heavy and your sense of purpose becomes blurred.
Signs of low spiritual energy are:
Mental fog
Emotional exhaustion
Disconnection from others and your passions
Cynicism: 'A glass half empty' outlook.
You become more reactive rather than responsive
It's harder to pursue your goals.
An Ayurvedic Diet balances Energies
An Ayurvedic Diet is about maintaining the balance of the body's energies.
A diet that balances the 3 Doshas Vata, Pitta and Kapha.
A pitta diet (fire and Water) is naturally hot, sharp, light and oily.
A Kapha diet (Water and Earth) is naturally heavy, slow, cool and oily
A Vata diet (Air and Space) is naturally cold, dry, light a and rough.
Creating Balance in the Body
It is important to maintain balance in the body. Through stong movement you can warm up the fire, and with certain breathing techniques like Kapalbhati plus uddiyana Bandha.
Many prople feel cold all the time, they need to ignite their inner fire to warm the body and make some dietary changes by choosing more hot food in temperature and quality. (pitta foods.)
Manipura Chakra
This chakra is located on the spine at the level of the solar plexus or naval in the upper abdomen. It translates as City of Jewels and it's element is FIRE (Agni), which controls the metabolic fire. It's symbolised by a 10 petalled, yellow Lotus flower and the bija mantra is RAM.
